  • I've recently made a purchase in-store. How can I add these points to my account?

    Register your account using the unqiue code found on the bottom of your receipt to start earning points toward your rewards. If you have an existing Palmers Rewards account, contact rewards@palmers.co.nz and the Palmers team will add the transaction to your account.

  • Where can I find the code on my receipt?

    At the bottom of your digital or printed in-store receipt.

  • I have lost my receipt, can I still add the points to my account?

    Yes, contact rewards@palmers.co.nz with your account details.

  • I have lost my card. How do I get a new one?

    You don’t need to have a physical rewards card as we can look you up in our system with your phone number or email. If you would like another physical card, head in store for a new one.

  • I am a already a Palmers Rewards member. How do I activate my online account?

    If you have not yet activated an online account, sign up using your phone number or the Palmers Rewards Card Number (13 digit code on the back). If you have an existing online account and would like to add your rewards card to it, email rewards@palmers.co.nz with your Palmers Rewards Card 13-digit card number and we will add it to your account.

  • What are the benefits of Palmers Rewards?

    As a Palmers Rewards member, you will receive the following perks:

    • 1. Grow your rewards while you grow your garden.
      • For every $1 spend = 1 point.
      • Every 100 points = $10 voucher*.
      • *Rewards points are valid for 1 year. Rewards $10 vouchers are valid for 3 months. Vouchers can be redeemed at any Palmers store.
    • 2. Receive a free gift each year on your birthday. Head in-store with your gift confirmation email to pick up your gift. Birthday emails will be sent on your birthday and are valid for 1 month after.
